    In Thursday's league contest, the visiting St. Ignatius Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 51-47 triumph over the Lincoln County Lions.

    The Bulldogs (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Troy (Troy, MT). The Trojans go into the B District 7 contest with a 4-3 record.

    In their next game, the Lions battle the Thompson Falls Blue Hawks (Thompson Falls, MT) in a B District 7 contest, on Saturday, February 8. Lincoln County will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Blue Hawks go into the contest with a 12-3 record after their 54-46 non-league win over Plains (Plains, MT).
