The The New Community School Sabers basketball squad (Richmond, VA), was crushed 53-32 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Millwood Bobcats (Midlothian, VA)

With the victory, Millwood advances its record to 5-4 on the year. The Bobcats host James River HomeSchool (Chesterfield, VA) to meet the Eagles in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 18. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 8-6.

The Sabers now own a 0-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fuqua for a non-league battle on Monday, February 10. The New Community School will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 82-20 non-league loss to Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-2.
