The Nunamiut Amaguq basketball team scored 81 points and limited the host Nenana Lynx to 52 in the Amaguq non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Amaguq now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Susitna Valley for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. Nunamiut will confront a Rams team coming off a 87-82 non-league win over Walter Northway (Northway, AK). The Rams record now stands at 10-6.

With the loss, Nenana falls to 0-9 on the campaign. The Lynx travel to Effie Kokrine Charter (Fairbanks, AK) to confront the Warriors in a 2A Interior game on Tuesday, February 11. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 10-1. Effie Kokrine Charter lost 71-61 in their recent non-league game against Cook Inlet Academy (Soldotna, AK)
