The Sandpoint Bulldogs basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting St. Maries Lumberjacks to 51 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now have a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Moscow for a 6A/5A Inland Empire game on Saturday, February 8. Sandpoint will confront a Bears team coming off a 68-33 league loss to Lewiston (Lewiston, ID). The Bears record now stands at 6-12.

With the loss, St. Maries falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks host Kootenai (Harrison, ID) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Thursday, February 6. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 4-5. Kootenai won 61-35 in their recent league game against Mullan (Mullan, ID)
