The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Seaford Bluejays (Seaford, DE) and the visiting Sussex Academy Seahawks (Georgetown, DE), observed Seaford's basketball team overwhelm Sussex Academy by a score of 71-38.
The Bluejays (14-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Glasgow (Newark, DE). The Dragons come into the non-league challenge with a 10-5 record. In their last challenge, Glasgow trounced Hodgson Vo-Tech (Newark, DE), 56-54, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Seahawks encounter the Avon Grove Charter Wolves (West Grove, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 7. Sussex Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-16 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 58-35 league win over Providence Christian Academy (Elkton, MD).
