The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Stark Generals (Weare, NH) and the visiting Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH), observed Stark's basketball team edge Souhegan by a margin of 56-53.

The Generals (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Souhegan (Amherst, NH). The Sabers come into the Division II challenge with a 5-8 record. In their last challenge, Souhegan was tipped by Pembroke (Pembroke, NH), 73-41, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Sabers battle the Stark Generals (Weare, NH) in a Division II challenge, on Friday, February 7. Souhegan will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Generals come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 57-51 league loss to Coe-Brown Academy (Northwood, NH).
