In their next game, the Tigers battle the Coahoma County Red Panthers (Clarksdale, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 10. Edwards will attempt to better on its 6-16 season record. The Red Panthers come into the challenge with a 24-5 record after their 44-36 non-league win over Independence (Independence, MS).
