The Oakfield Oaks basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Horicon Marshmen to 40 in the Oaks league triumph on Thursday.

The Oaks now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Central Wisconsin Christian for a Trailways - East game on Tuesday, February 11. Oakfield will play a Crusaders team coming off a 81-32 non-league win over Stockbridge (Stockbridge, WI). The Crusaders record now stands at 12-7.

With the loss, Horicon falls to 8-11 on the campaign. The Marshmen travel to Valley Christian (Oshkosh, WI) to play the Warriors in a non-league game on Friday, February 7. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 7-12. Valley Christian lost 47-42 in their recent league game against Dodgeland (Juneau, WI)
