The MACCRAY Wolverines basketball team scored 79 points and limited the host Ortonville Trojans to 39 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wolverines now have a 16-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lac qui Parle Valley for a A Section 3 game on Monday, February 10. MACCRAY will confront a Eagles team coming off a 69-53 league win over Dawson-Boyd (Dawson, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 9-13.

With the loss, Ortonville falls to 0-23 on the campaign. The Trojans host Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg (Kerkhoven, MN) to confront the Fighting Saints in a non-league game on Monday, February 10. The Fighting Saints go into the game with a record of 22-1. Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg won 84-68 in their recent non-league game against Central Minnesota Christian (Prinsburg, MN)
