The Stratford Tigers basketball team scored 46 points and limited the host Marathon Red Raiders to 39 in the Tigers league win on Thursday.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Chequamegon Screaming Eagles (Park Falls, WI) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 7. Stratford will attempt to upgrade on its 16-4 season record. The Screaming Eagles come into the test with a 2-15 record after their 54-38 league loss to Prentice (Prentice, WI).

The Red Raiders (16-5) will now prepare for their test against Abbotsford (Abbotsford, WI). The Falcons come into the non-league test with a 4-12 record. In their last test, Abbotsford was nipped by Greenwood (Greenwood, WI), 50-23, in a non-league test.
