The West Las Vegas Dons basketball team scored 43 points and limited the visiting Santa Fe Indian Braves to 41 in the Dons league triumph on Thursday.

The Dons now have a 18-4 record. They play next when they travel to Robertson for a 3A District 2 game on Tuesday, February 11. West Las Vegas will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 68-54 non-league win over Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Cardinals record now stands at 15-7.

With the loss, Santa Fe Indian falls to 16-5 on the campaign. The Braves travel to St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM) to confront the Horsemen in a 3A District 2 game on Tuesday, February 11. The Horsemen go into the game with a record of 8-14. St. Michael's won 53-27 in their recent league game against Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM)
