In Thursday's league test, the West Side Eagles (Greers Ferry, AR) basketball squad trounced the visiting Timbo Tigers (Timbo, AR), by a score of 67-34.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Mt. Vernon-Enola Warhawks (Mt. Vernon, AR) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 7. West Side will attempt to improve on its 30-3 season record. The Warhawks come into the test with a 19-11 record after their 61-54 non-league win over Wonderview (Hattieville, AR).

The Tigers (5-23) will now prepare for their test against Nemo Vista (Center Ridge, AR). The Red Hawks come into the non-league test with a 9-19 record. In their last test, Nemo Vista bounced Midland (Pleasant Plains, AR), 62-23, in a league test.
