Minnesota High School Ice Hockey - Wayzata knocks off Buffalo

The Wayzata Trojans ice hockey team scored 8 points and held the visiting Buffalo Bison to 0 in the Trojans non-league victory on Thursday.
The Trojans now own a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edina for a Lake bout on Saturday, February 8. Wayzata will play a Hornets team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN). The Hornets record now stands at 15-5.
With the defeat, Buffalo moves to 6-14 on the season. The Bison host Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 8. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Eden Prairie won 5-0 in their recent league bout against Minnetonka (Minnetonka, MN)
