The Edina Hornets ice hockey team scored 4 points and held the host St. Michael-Albertville Knights to 3 in the Hornets non-league victory on Thursday.

The Hornets now own a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayzata for a Lake bout on Saturday, February 8. Edina will play a Trojans team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Buffalo (Buffalo, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 13-7.

With the defeat, St. Michael-Albertville moves to 7-9 on the season. The Knights host Minnetonka (Minnetonka, MN) to play the Skippers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 8. The Skippers go into the bout with a record of 12-8. Minnetonka lost 5-0 in their recent league bout against Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN)
