The Cheraw Braves (Cheraw, SC) basketball crushed the visiting Chesterfield Golden Rams (Chesterfield, SC), 52-31 in Thursday's league bout.
The Braves now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lee Central for a non-league bout on Monday, February 10. Cheraw will play a Stallions team coming off a 48-20 non-league loss to Lake City (Lake City, SC). The Stallions record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Chesterfield falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Golden rams host North Central (Kershaw, SC) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, February 10. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-5.
