The Belton-Honea Path Bears basketball squad (Honea Path, SC), was nudged 63-57 in Friday's league battle with the host Pendleton Bulldogs (Pendleton, SC)

With the victory, Pendleton advances its record to 11-13 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Crescent (Iva, SC) to meet the Tigers in a AAA Region 1 battle on Tuesday, February 10. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 11-12. Crescent lost 70-38 in their recent league battle against Belton-Honea Path (Honea Path, SC)

The Bears now own a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walhalla for a AAA Region 1 contest on Tuesday, February 10. Belton-Honea Path will battle a Razorbacks team coming off a 70-61 league loss to West-Oak (Westminster, SC). The Razorbacks record now stands at 4-14.
