The Whitney RVT Owls basketball team (Hamden, CT), was nudged 38-36 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Platt RVT Panthers (Milford, CT)
The Panthers now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to O'Brien RVT for a Connecticut Technical - South battle on Tuesday, February 8. Platt RVT will battle a Condors team coming off a 61-35 league win over Wilcox RVT (Meriden, CT). The Condors record now stands at 6-8.
The Owls (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Wilcox RVT (Meriden, CT). The Indians come into the Connecticut Technical - South battle with a 0-14 record. In their last battle, Wilcox RVT was nudged by O'Brien RVT (Ansonia, CT), 61-35, in a league battle.
