    • Nevada High School Basketball - Lowry crushes Elko

    February 7, 2022: Winnemucca, NV 89445

    Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Elko Indians (Elko, NV), 67-38 in a league bout.

    With the victory, Lowry upgrades its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Buckaroos travel to Sparks (Sparks, NV) to play the Railroaders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 8. The Railroaders come into the bout with a record of 1-17. Sparks lost 65-9 in their recent non-league bout against Elko (Elko, NV)

    Next up, the Indians play the Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) in a 3A Northern - East bout, on Friday, February 11. Elko will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Greenwave come into the bout with a 13-11 record after their 45-23 league loss to Fernley (Fernley, NV).
