In Tuesday's league outing, the Adamsville Cardinals (Adamsville, TN) basketball squad nipped the visiting Madison Mustangs (Jackson, TN), by a margin of 42-40.
The Cardinals (3-17) will now prepare for their outing against Riverside (Decaturville, TN). The Panthers go into the 2A District 13 outing with a 12-13 record. In their last outing, Riverside got by Hughes (Clifton, TN), 66-62, in a non-league outing.
The Mustangs now own a 5-16 record. They play next when they travel to Lake County for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 9. Madison will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 71-56 league loss to Humboldt (Humboldt, TN). The Falcons record now stands at 5-12.
