The Liberty Lions basketball team (Jackson, NJ), dropped 67-47 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Allentown Redbirds (Allentown, NJ)
The Redbirds now possess a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Robbinsville for a Colonial Valley battle on Thursday, February 9. Allentown will battle a Ravens team coming off a 67-55 non-league loss to South Brunswick (Monmouth Junction, NJ). The Ravens record now stands at 14-9.
The Lions (2-13) will now prepare for their battle against Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ). The Panthers come into the Shore B - South battle with a 12-6 record. In their last battle, Point Pleasant Boro beat Manalapan (Englishtown, NJ), 53-51, in a non-league battle.
