Anderson County Bulldogs (Garnett, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Osawatomie Trojans (Osawatomie, KS), 51-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Anderson County upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Bulldogs host Iola (Iola, KS) to play the Mustangs in a Pioneer bout on Friday, February 10. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Iola won 67-24 in their recent league bout against Prairie View (La Cygne, KS)

Next up, the Trojans play the Santa Fe Trail Chargers (Carbondale, KS) in a Pioneer bout, on Friday, February 10. Osawatomie will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 69-36 non-league win over Prairie View (La Cygne, KS).
