The Anderson Valley Panthers basketball team (Boonville, CA), was toppled 71-62 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Round Valley Mustangs (Covelo, CA)
The Mustangs now possess a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Potter Valley for a North Central III battle on Thursday, February 9. Round Valley will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 56-46 league loss to Point Arena (Point Arena, CA). The Bearcats record now stands at 9-7.
The Panthers (1-13) will now prepare for their battle against Mendocino (Mendocino, CA). The Cardinals come into the North Central III battle with a 15-6 record. In their last battle, Mendocino beat Laytonville (Laytonville, CA), 61-15, in a league battle.
