Michigan High School Basketball - Armada thwarts Imlay City

The Armada Tigers (Armada, MI) basketball knocked off the visiting Imlay City Spartans (Imlay City, MI), 61-41 in Tuesday's league test.
The Tigers (11-5) will now prepare for their test against North Branch (North Branch, MI). The Broncos go into the Blue Water Area test with a 5-10 record. In their last test, North Branch went down by Almont (Almont, MI), 67-56, in a league test.
The Spartans now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Croswell-Lexington for a Blue Water Area test on Friday, February 10. Imlay City will encounter a Pioneers squad coming off a 77-42 league win over Algonac (Algonac, MI). The Pioneers record now stands at 12-3.
