The Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcons (Grove City, MN) basketball felled the visiting Holdingford Huskers (Holdingford, MN), 67-56 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Falcons (7-10) will now prepare for their test against Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa (Belgrade, MN). The Jaguars go into the A Section 6 test with a 14-3 record. In their last test, Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa thwarted Eden Valley-Watkins (Eden Valley, MN), 67-59, in a non-league test.
The Huskers now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Royalton for a AA Section 6 test on Friday, February 10. Holdingford will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 60-47 non-league loss to Paynesville (Paynesville, MN). The Royals record now stands at 7-10.
