The Barnstable Red Hawks basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Falmouth Clippers to 41 in the Red Hawks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Red Hawks now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dennis-Yarmouth Regional for a Cape & Islands - Atlantic contest on Friday, February 10. Barnstable will meet a Dolphins team coming off a 49-48 non-league loss to Nantucket (Nantucket, MA). The Dolphins record now stands at 4-11.

The Clippers (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Sandwich (East Sandwich, MA). The Blue Knights enter the Cape & Islands - Atlantic contest with a 1-13 record. In their last contest, Sandwich was nudged by Nauset Regional (North Eastham, MA), 62-51, in a league contest.
