In Tuesday's league outing, the Long County Blue Tide (Ludowici, GA) basketball squad nipped the visiting Beach Bulldogs (Savannah, GA), by a margin of 64-58.

The Blue Tide (14-10) will now prepare for their outing against Liberty County (Hinesville, GA). The Panthers go into the AAA Region 3 outing with a 4-15 record. In their last outing, Liberty County was tipped by Johnson (Savannah, GA), 64-39, in a league outing.

The Bulldogs now own a 20-4 record. They play next when they travel to Savannah Country Day for a AAA Region 3 outing on Friday, February 10. Beach will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 44-43 league loss to Calvary Day (Savannah, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 7-16.
