MacArthur Brahmas (San Antonio, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Burbank Bulldogs (San Antonio, TX), 79-56 in a league bout.

With the victory, MacArthur upgrades its record to 5-26 on the campaign. The Brahmas travel to Alamo Heights (San Antonio, TX) to play the Mules in a 5A Region IV District 27 bout on Friday, February 10. The Mules come into the bout with a record of 25-3. Alamo Heights won 49-42 in their recent league bout against Highlands (San Antonio, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Brackenridge Eagles (San Antonio, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 27 bout, on Friday, February 10. Burbank will attempt to upgrade on its 3-23 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 19-10 record after their 42-39 league win over Lanier (San Antonio, TX).
