The North Springs Spartans (Atlanta, GA) basketball nipped the host Cambridge Bears (Milton, GA), 64-58 in Tuesday's league test.
The Spartans (14-8) will now prepare for their test against Chattahoochee (Alpharetta, GA). The Cougars go into the AAAAA Region 6 test with a 14-10 record. In their last test, Chattahoochee got by Centennial (Roswell, GA), 74-62, in a league test.
The Bears now own a 10-14 record. They play next when they host Centennial for a AAAAA Region 6 test on Friday, February 10. Cambridge will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 74-62 league loss to Chattahoochee (Alpharetta, GA). The Knights record now stands at 15-9.
