The Sandy Creek Patriots basketball team scored 90 points and held the visiting Carver Panthers to 32 in the Patriots league triumph on Tuesday.
The Patriots now sport a 18-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cedar Grove for a AAA Region 5 contest on Friday, February 10. Sandy Creek will battle a Saints team coming off a 62-61 league loss to Douglass (Atlanta, GA). The Saints record now stands at 15-7.
The Panthers (0-22) will now prepare for their contest against Douglass (Atlanta, GA). The Astros enter the AAA Region 5 contest with a 11-12 record. In their last contest, Douglass triumphed over Cedar Grove (Ellenwood, GA), 62-61, in a league contest.
