Charter School for Applied Tech Eagles (Buffalo, NY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Grand Island Vikings (Grand Island, NY), 55-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Charter School for Applied Tech upgrades its record to 11-7 on the season. The Eagles host Lewiston-Porter (Youngstown, NY) to play the Lancers in a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier bout on Friday, February 10. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 16-2. Lewiston-Porter won 73-30 in their recent league bout against Kenmore East (Tonawanda, NY)
