Texas High School Basketball - Clemens nudges New Braunfels

In Tuesday's league outing, the Clemens Buffaloes (Schertz, TX) basketball squad edged the visiting New Braunfels Unicorns (New Braunfels, TX), by a margin of 50-46.

The Buffaloes (20-12) will now prepare for their outing against East Central (San Antonio, TX). The Hornets go into the 6A Region IV District 27 outing with a 16-16 record. In their last outing, East Central held off Steele (Cibolo, TX), 57-56, in a league outing.

The Unicorns now own a 26-5 record. They play next when they host San Marcos for a 6A Region IV District 27 outing on Friday, February 10. New Braunfels will clash with a Rattlers squad coming off a 100-62 league win over Judson (Converse, TX). The Rattlers record now stands at 33-2.
