The Clint Lions basketball team (Clint, TX), was overwhelmed 61-35 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Mountain View Lobos (El Paso, TX)
The Lobos now possess a 6-23 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Immanuel Christian for a non-league battle on Friday, February 10. Mountain View will confront a Warriors team coming off a 58-54 non-league loss to Cathedral (El Paso, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 21-7.
The Lions (3-21) will now prepare for their battle against San Elizario (San Elizario, TX). The Eagles come into the 4A Region I District 2 battle with a 17-13 record. In their last battle, San Elizario was overwhelmed by Fabens (Fabens, TX), 44-37, in a league battle.
