Ohio High School Basketball - Woodridge thwarts Cloverleaf

The Woodridge Bulldogs (Peninsula, OH) basketball knocked off the host Cloverleaf Colts (Lodi, OH), 61-50 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Ravenna (Ravenna, OH). The Ravens go into the Metro test with a 13-3 record. In their last test, Ravenna notched a victory over Springfield (Akron, OH), 67-57, in a league test.
The Colts now own a 7-11 record. They play next when they travel to Coventry for a Metro test on Friday, February 10. Cloverleaf will encounter a Comets squad coming off a 61-43 non-league loss to Canton Central Catholic (Canton, OH). The Comets record now stands at 8-12.
