The Northwest Mounties basketball team (Jackson, MI), was nudged 52-49 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Coldwater Cardinals (Coldwater, MI)
The Cardinals now possess a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Factoryville Christian for a non-league battle on Friday, February 10. Coldwater will battle a team coming off a 44-30 league loss to Battle Creek Academy (Battle Creek, MI). The record now stands at 1-10.
The Mounties (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Lumen Christi Catholic (Jackson, MI). The Titans come into the Interstate Eight battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, Lumen Christi Catholic was nudged by Hastings (Hastings, MI), 56-49, in a league battle.
