New Mexico High School Basketball - Jemez Valley topples Coronado

In Tuesday's league outing, the Jemez Valley Warriors (Jemez Pueblo, NM) basketball squad beat the host Coronado Leopards (Gallina, NM), by a margin of 43-27.
The Warriors (12-10) will now prepare for their outing against Santa Fe Waldorf (Santa Fe, NM). The Wolves go into the A District 7 outing with a 8-9 record. In their last outing, Santa Fe Waldorf defeated New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM), 40-32, in a league outing.
The Leopards now own a 4-15 record. They play next when they travel to Chesterton Academy for a A District 7 outing on Saturday, February 11. Coronado will clash with a Saints squad coming off a 70-13 league loss to Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Saints record now stands at 1-12.
