Tennessee High School Basketball - Millington Central can't hold off Craigmont

The Craigmont Chiefs basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the visiting Millington Central Trojans to 69 in the Chiefs league victory on Tuesday.

The Chiefs now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bolton for a 3A District 15 contest on Friday, February 10. Craigmont will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 80-40 league loss to Fayette Ware (Somerville, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-15.

The Trojans (4-16) will now prepare for their contest against Raleigh-Egypt (Memphis, TN). The Pharaohs come into the 3A District 15 contest with a 12-11 record. In their last contest, Raleigh-Egypt was nudged by Fayette Ware (Somerville, TN), 74-56, in a league contest.
