With the victory, Deer Lakes improves its record to 13-7 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA) to play the Bulldogs in a WPIAL 3A 3 challenge on Friday, February 10. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 15-5. Shady Side Academy lost 65-59 in their recent league challenge against Derry (Derry, PA)

Next up, the Vikings play the Burrell Bucs (Lower Burrell, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 3 challenge, on Friday, February 10. Valley will attempt to improve on its 4-17 season record. The Bucs come into the challenge with a 12-9 record after their 62-34 league win over Apollo Ridge (Spring Church, PA).
