East Boston Jets (East Boston, MA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting O'Bryant Tigers (Roxbury, MA), 45-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, East Boston upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Jets host Gloucester (Gloucester, MA) to clash with the Fishermen in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 9. The Fishermen go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Gloucester lost 65-58 in their recent league bout against Saugus (Saugus, MA)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Tech Boston Academy/Academy of Public Service Bears (Dorchester, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. O'Bryant will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 79-36 league win over Madison Park RVT (Roxbury, MA).
