The Echols County Wildcats basketball team (Statenville, GA), was overwhelmed 69-47 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Lanier County Bulldogs (Lakeland, GA)
The Bulldogs now possess a 11-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clinch County for a A D2 Region 2 battle on Saturday, February 11.
The Wildcats (5-16) will now prepare for their battle against Charlton County (Folkston, GA). The Indians come into the A D2 Region 2 battle with a 22-2 record. In their last battle, Charlton County trounced Atkinson County (Pearson, GA), 85-46, in a league battle.
