With the win, Ellsworth upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Bearcats host Beloit (Beloit, KS) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 9. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 11-5. Beloit lost 41-33 in their recent non-league bout against Southeast of Saline (Gypsum, KS)

Next up, the Lions clash with the Southeast of Saline Trojans (Gypsum, KS) in a North Central AA bout, on Friday, February 10. Minneapolis will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 15-1 record after their 41-33 non-league win over Beloit (Beloit, KS).
