Georgia High School Basketball - Portal trounces Emanuel County Institute

The Portal Panthers (Portal, GA) basketball crushed the host Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs (Twin City, GA), 81-37 in Tuesday's league test.
The Panthers (23-1) will now prepare for their test against Jenkins County (Millen, GA). The War Eagles go into the A D2 Region 3 test with a 20-4 record. In their last test, Jenkins County walloped Savannah Classical Academy (Savannah, GA), 60-20, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-22 record. They play next when they host Savannah Classical Academy for a A D2 Region 3 test on Friday, February 10. Emanuel County Institute will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 60-20 league loss to Jenkins County (Millen, GA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-15.
