The Mules now possess a 10-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Edwards County for a Black Diamond - East battle on Friday, February 10. Fairfield will confront a Lions team coming off a 49-28 league loss to Flora (Flora, IL). The Lions record now stands at 5-19.

The Foxes (12-16) will now prepare for their battle against Carmi-White County (Carmi, IL). The Bulldogs come into the Black Diamond - East battle with a 21-5 record. In their last battle, Carmi-White County was nudged by Eldorado (Eldorado, IL), 51-44, in a league battle.
