Stockdale Brahmas (Stockdale, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Falls City Beavers (Falls City, TX), 70-29 in a league bout.

With the win, Stockdale upgrades its record to 17-9 on the season. The Brahmas host Sabinal (Sabinal, TX) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a 2A Region IV District 30 bout on Friday, February 10. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 17-8. Sabinal lost 54-45 in their recent league bout against Lee Academy of Science & Engineering (San Antonio, TX)

Next up, the Beavers clash with the Charlotte Trojans (Charlotte, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 30 bout, on Friday, February 10. Falls City will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 8-18 record after their 58-48 league loss to Brackett (Brackettville, TX).
