The Linden Eagles basketball team (Linden, MI), was nudged 48-47 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Flushing Raiders (Flushing, MI)
The Raiders now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holly for a Flint Metro battle on Friday, February 10. Flushing will battle a Bronchos team coming off a 65-54 league loss to Fenton (Fenton, MI). The Bronchos record now stands at 12-4.
The Eagles (4-12) will now prepare for their battle against Ovid-Elsie (Elsie, MI). The Marauders come into the non-league battle with a 12-2 record. In their last battle, Ovid-Elsie edged Byron (Byron, MI), 76-45, in a league battle.
