Foran Lions (Milford, CT) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Sheehan Titans (Wallingford, CT), 52-34 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Foran upgrades its record to 7-10 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Friday, February 10. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 2-14. Amity Regional lost 90-53 in their recent non-league bout against West Haven (West Haven, CT)

Next up, the Titans play the Guilford Grizzlies (Guilford, CT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Sheehan will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a 9-5 record after their 67-64 non-league loss to Fairfield Prep (Fairfield, CT).
