West Virginia High School Basketball - Petersburg overwhelmed by Frankfort

The Frankfort Falcons basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Petersburg Vikings to 49 in the Falcons league victory on Tuesday.
The Falcons now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Keyser for a Potomac Valley AA contest on Friday, February 10. Frankfort will battle a Golden Tornado team coming off a 59-51 non-league win over Pendleton County (Franklin, WV). The Golden Tornado record now stands at 11-6.
The Vikings (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Moorefield (Moorefield, WV). The Yellow Jackets come into the non-league contest with a 4-13 record. In their last contest, Moorefield was routed by Pendleton County (Franklin, WV), 59-29, in a league contest.
