Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the St. Anthony Village Huskies (Minneapolis, MN) and the visiting Fridley Tigers (Fridley, MN), saw St. Anthony Village's basketball squad hold off Fridley by a tally of 81-76.

With the victory, St. Anthony Village improves its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Richfield (Richfield, MN) to play the Spartans in a AAA Section 6 challenge on Friday, February 10. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 7-14. Richfield lost 86-78 in their recent league challenge against Robbinsdale Cooper (New Hope, MN)

Next up, the Tigers play the Columbia Heights Hylanders (Columbia Heights, MN) in a AAA Section 4 challenge, on Thursday, February 9. Fridley will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Hylanders come into the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 78-76 non-league win over Kennedy (Bloomington, MN).
