The Grace Christian Academy Cougars (Bainbridge, GA) basketball nipped the visiting Georgia Christian Generals (Valdosta, GA), 65-59 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Cougars (13-6) will now prepare for their test against Highland Christian Academy (Valdosta, GA). The EAGLES go into the GIAA A Region 3 test with a 10-9 record. In their last test, Highland Christian Academy was tipped by Valwood (Valdosta, GA), 81-66, in a non-league test.

The Generals now own a 13-5 record. They play next when they travel to Westwood for a GIAA AA Region 3 test on Friday, February 10. Georgia Christian will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 61-57 league loss to Southwest Georgia Academy (Damascus, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-15.
