The Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Governor Livingston Highlanders (Berkeley Heights, NJ), 47-39 in Tuesday's league test.

The Hilltoppers (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Chatham (Chatham, NJ). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 16-2 record. In their last test, Chatham notched a victory over Morris Hills (Rockaway, NJ), 62-42, in a non-league test.

The Highlanders now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Scotch Plains-Fanwood for a non-league test on Saturday, February 11. Governor Livingston will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 56-53 non-league win over Johnson (Clark, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 11-7.
