Horn Jaguars (Mesquite, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Royse City Bulldogs (Royse City, TX), 59-51 in a league bout.

With the victory, Horn upgrades its record to 16-15 on the campaign. The Jaguars host North Forney (Forney, TX) to play the Falcons in a 6A Region II District 10 bout on Friday, February 10. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 21-10. North Forney lost 61-57 in their recent league bout against Rockwall-Heath (Rockwall, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the North Forney Falcons (Forney, TX) in a 6A Region II District 10 bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Royse City will attempt to upgrade on its 14-15 season record.
